Beltangady, Jul 10: The general body meeting of the PTA for the year 2023-24 was held on July 8 at Anugraha Auditorium. It began with a prayer by the faculty, followed by the welcome address by Ravikumar.

The principal Fr Vijay Lobo briefed the parents on the activities of the academic year 2023-24. Dr Madhav Bhat, retired principal of Vivekananda college, Puttur was invited as the guest speaker who spoke on 'Healthy Parenting'.

SSLC toppers Inchara, Ruba Fathima, Vamshi were felicitated by the management. The new member of the executive body of PTA was appointed. Dr Prashanth was appointed as the vice president of parent-teacher association.

Fr James D’Souza, the correspondent of the institution, spoke on the responsibility of parents and teachers in the all round development of students. Vice president of the parish council Antony Fernandes and members of the management committee were present.

Hemalatha proposed vote of thanks and the programme was compered by Prabhakar Shetty.
