Bantwal, Jul 27: The taluk and Panemangalore Block Congress staged a massive protest at B C Road here on Tuesday July 26 urging the district administration to solve the irregularities in issuing title deeds to those who have constructed houses on government land, as a committee has come into existence in the taluk to solve this issue as well as irregularities in issuing ration cards and to solve several issues related to revenue department.

District Congress Committee (DCC) president MLA Ramanath Rai, addressing the protesters, alleged that the BJP-led state administration is involved in corruption in the guise of developments. Congressmen Harikrishna Bantwal, Ashwani Kumar Rai, M S Mohammed, and Mamata Gatti addressed the gathering on the occasion.
