Udupi, Jun 24: Freshers' Day was celebrated at St Cecily's PU College on June 23. The students of first-year PUC enthusiastically participated in a variety of performances to mark their entry into the institution.
The programme commenced with a melodious prayer song followed by an array of entertaining and meaningful acts which included solo, duet and group songs, along with a group dance, skit and live painting. The event was indeed a platform for the freshers to showcase their talents.
The celebration concluded with an inspiring message by Sr Rachana, the principal. The programme was compered by Angel D'Silva.
Ayesha Simal welcomed the audience and Rishitha Deeva proposed the vote of thanks.
