Beltangady: Holy Redeemer English Medium School observes International Yoga Day

Beltangady, Jun 22: International Yoga Day was celebrated on June 21st at Holy Redeemer English Medium School.

Programme was inaugurated by lighting the lamp. Students Reshal Bennis and Alriya D'Souza gave brief information on the origin, basics, theme, importance and benefits of yoga. Meditation, light exercises, Pranayama, Suryanamaskara and many Asanas were performed by the students.

Headmaster Fr Clifford Pinto guided and physical education trainer Sharath Pinto assisted. Teacher Preetha D'Souza compered the event.
