Kaup, May 8: “Vinay Kumar Sorake is a rare politician without any pride. He is pro-poor people. It is the luck of people of Kaup that they have such a good person as their representative,” said Congress spokesperson NIkit Raj Maurya. He spoke at the Congress campaign meeting at Mudarangadi.

Nikit further said, “The BJP is desperate as it is going to lose by huge margin this time. BJP has the record of calling PM Modi umpteen times to the state for campaigning. Vinay Kumar Sorake keeps direct contact with the party workers.”

Vinay Kumar Sorake said, “The BJP leaders who speak on God and temples have begun to make cheap politics in the name of temples. They are misleading the youth. The local BJP leaders played politics in the renovation of Hiriyadka Veerabhadra Swamy temple and widening of road of Perdoor Anantha Padmanabha temple.”

Former MLA Shakunathala Shetty said that Vinay Sorake is honest politician. “The BJP is doing Hindutva politics against the Hindus. If Vinay wins he is definitely going to be a minster in the cabinet this time,” he said.
