Beltangady, May 2: Congress candidate Rakshith Shivaram visited the historic Gomateshwara idol at Venur, bowed before it and sought the blessings from the deity.

Party leaders Prabhaker Hegde Attaje, Dayanand Devadiga, Arvind Shetty and Sathish Kajipatna were present.
