Kaup, Apr 30: “House for the shelterless, priority to drinking water and developing Kaup constituency at international level is my aim,” said Vinay Kumar Sorake, Congress candidate for the constituency.

Sorake was speaking after releasing his election manifesto at Kaup Rajiv Bhavan. He further said, “I also aim to provide for 10,000 sites to the homeless people. A tourism park project will be established and Kaup light house will be made an international tourist spot. Kaup New Marigudi will also be renovated."

He further said, “Under the multi-village drinking water project, water will be pumped from Hejmady Shambhavi river, Papanashini of Kurkalu and Swarna river of Bairampalli."

“Waste handling is a big issue in Kaup and a unit to handle wastes in Elluru is making a clean Kaup dream become a reality,” Sorake said.

Naveenchandra Suvarna, Deviprasad Shetty, Madhava R Palan, Prashant Jattanna, Sharfuddin Sheikh, Amir Kaup and Devaraj Kotian were present.
