Bantwal, Mar 21: “The assurances given by the Congress party in its election manifesto will be surely fulfilled if the party attains power. Party will definitely respond to the hardships faced by the public. These assurances are given as the policies of BJP government have burdened commoners,” said Savita Ramesh, secretary of KPCC.
Savita spoke at the Prajadhwani programme that is being led by former minister Ramanath Rai held at Kukkaje junction.
Savita further said, “Let BJP get votes in the name of achievements they have done at state and centre. BJP is nowhere in front of the achievements of Congress.”
Ramanath Rai said, “I have earned the love and faith of the people of this constituency. I will never give false assurances. Congress government has given schemes like free electricity to farmers and loan waiver and those are fulfilled. I did not earn crores in politics. I did not do percentage politics. This is my last election.”
