Bangalore, June 8 (PTI) The Karnataka High Court has posted to June 13 the case challenging the February 26 Lokayukta special court order to probe allegations of land scams against Chief Minister B S Yeddyurapa and others.
Justice K N Keshavanarayana today heard concluding arguments of petitioners' counsel, who contended that the proposed complaint for which Governor H R Bhardwaj had given sanction and the offences listed out were not the same.
The order also did not make references to the validity of the sanction, counsel said.
The judge then posted the hearing to June 13 after counsel for respondents' sought time for the same.
Sohan Kumar, son-in-law of Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa, and others had filed the petitions, challenging the orders passed by a designated Lokayukta court.
