This lokayukta people can catch only small ordinary clerks but they should catch real kingpins/higher officers who are forcing clerk/lower grade workers to indulge in corruption on their behalf and they remain safe.

For licence, renewal..etc. you need not go to RTO at all. Recently my friend got licence delivered at home. Doctors certificate available with agents even for blind people. only Rs. 50/- ..!if you negotiate may be less than that.....!

What an irony in making a too big deal out of Rs. 800! Just see Lakhs of rupees being paid and received in our land offices. If any one dares to speak about it Bangalore, he is likely to disappear the very next day.

Hang him at the prime locality of Hampankatta signal and expose his crimes to the public. Each person looking at him lash him 5 times till he cries and cries.
Let him be hanged till he repents and many others realise the penalty...!

Hats off to you Michael Lobo.
