Mulky, Jun 2: Mulky Vijaya College, run under Manipal Academy for the last 49 years, has a new principal now.

Badevathi-based Prof K R Shankar, who holds MCom, MBA and MPhil degrees, has been appointed the new pricnipal of Mulky Vijaya College.

The post of principal had been vacant due to accidental death of Prof Aravind Joshi.

Prof Shankar has rendered his service at various levels at Manipal Academy for last 31 years.
