Mangaluru, Jan 11: Sangeeta Taare, a multilingual singing reality show airing on Daijiworld TV has now reached its final stage. Six contestants from Karnataka will fight in finals for the title of Daijiworld Sangeeta Taare-Season 2.
The finals will be held on Saturday, January 14 at St Agnes Centenary Auditorium, Mangaluru. Viewers and followers of finalists can attend the finals and can cheer and support their icons.The gates of the hall will open at 1 pm sharp.
The Sangeeta Taare concept was developed during Covid pandemic by Daijiworld TV. It allowed contestants to sing on the phone and participate in the show. Then the show was called "Phone in Sangeeta Taare." In its second edition, the production house made slight changes in the reality show and made it Daijiworld Sangeeta Taare.
Coastal Karnataka's known singers Mohammed Iqbal and Sowmya Bhat are the judges of this show. Along with contestants' hearts they also won those of viewers because of their way of criticism and cool minded comments and guidance. Being a host of the show, Walter Nandalike was also in the forefront encouraging the contestants.
The winner will receive a cash prize of Rs 30,000 and memento. First runner-up will get Rs 20,000 and a memento. The second runner-up will get Rs 10,000 and a memento.
