Mangalore, May 7: The Akhila Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) activists took out a protest rally here in the city on Saturday May 7 demanding action against vice-chancellors of universities alleged of nepotism in appointments, to curb donation menace and thereby stop commercialization of education.

The protestors alleged that though the government investigated into corruption charges, the report is yet to be prepared and brought into public notice. They further urged the state government to initiate action against them.

The activists also submitted a memorandum to the deputy commissioner on the occasion.
