Mangalore: Rain Batters Subrahmanya Again

Mangalore, May 4: Subrahmanya in Sullia taluk has been receiving rain regularly since the last some days. Tuesday May 3 was not an exception, as heavy rain coupled with thunder and lightning visited the town in the evening.

Cloudy weather that surrounded Subrahmanya and nearby villages since afternoon, culminated in rain at around 5 pm. Some regions of Beltangady taluk got some rain at night. The city also was enveloped in thick clouds on Tuesday morning. Some places in Mangalore taluk experienced light showers.

Some places of Udupi taluk got scattered rainfall on Tuesday morning. The climate across the coast continues to be very hot.
