Mangalore: Esperanza - 11, State Level Tech Fest Held at P A College of Engg

Mangalore, Apr 28: Esperanza - 11, a state level inter college technical fest organized by the department of electronics and communication was held at the P A College of here on Wednesday April 27 and Thursday April 28.

M R Vasudev, airport director, was the chief guest for the inaugural function.

In his address he requested the students to return the technical benefits back to the society from where they earned everything. The advances of technical skills should reach to the common man in the society working in the small industries, agricultural farm etc, he said and added that the educational resources that are being provided to the students of the present era helps them utilize resources to the best of their ability.

K M Haneef , director (Administration) and Dr S A Khan, principal of the college were present.

Prof Rafeeq Ahmed, head of the department, E&C welcomed the gathering. Prof John Valder, staff co-ordinator, “Esperanza” proposed the vote of thanks. Rakshat Shetty and Kalpa Shetty and very large number of student participants from various colleges of the state were also present.
