Mangalore: NCC Cadets In Association With Police Hold Blood Donation Camp

Mangalore, Apr 21: The NCC Cadets in collaboration with Barke police officials and Bharath Scouts and Guides organized a blood donation camp at Bharath Scouts and Guides Bhavan on Wednesday April 20.

Speaking after inaugurating the blood donation camp, I A Kairanna, MJF district chief commissioner said “Youth should voluntarily donate blood and not imposed upon to do so. He commended the initiative to start a camp in order to motivate people to donate the blood in the future.

K Vasanth Rao, ADC, district secretary and H Shivaprakash, sub-inspector, Barke police station were present.

Dr Poornima Rao, head of the department, Blood Bank, KMC and other doctors conducted the camp. K Ganesh Kudva, chemist organised the camp.
