Mumbai, Aug 17: St John International School (CBSE) held a felicitation programme to honour the outstanding achievement of the topper students of Grade X and Grade XII.
The students along with their parents were invited for the programme. Sr Veena Monteiro, principal of St John International School (CBSE) welcomed the parents and students and introduced the members of the management to them. She congratulated both the students and the parents.
Under Grade XII Science stream Hritesh Maikap with 95.80% stood first followed by Jenil Rathod with 91.80%. Karan Patil and Urvisha Vartak shared the third place. Under Commerce stream Vandan Purohit stood first for the school.Under Grade X Kaustubh Rathod stood first with 96.80%, followed by Tanvi Shingada with 95.40% and Ayush Patil with 91.80%.
Albert W D’Souza, chairman of Aldel Education Trust, felicitated the topper students of Grade XII and Elvina D’Souza, secretary of Aldel Education Trust felicitated the topper students of Grade X with a floral bouquet and memento. Addressing the students chairman of the Trust Albert D’Souza said that it was a great achievement for the students and the school takes pride in their success. He advised the students to remember always and inculcate three things in their life. They are right attitude, hard work and knowledge. He wished them good luck for their further studies and endeavours.
Aldridge D’Souza-trust member, Dr Savita Tauro–campus deputy director and principal of St John Institute of Pharmacy and Reasearch, Vidhyadhar Patil–advisor, Satheesh Shetty-general manager, Sudhir Babu – H R manager, Suchita Gharat–principal of St John Junior College, Laveena Fernandes and Sandhya Tiwari-teachers at St John International School were present on the occasion.
Hritesh Maikap, topper of Grade XII and Tanvi Shingada, topper of Grade X thanked the management, principal and the teachers for their support especially during the difficult time of the Pandemic. The parents of the topper students were emotionally touched with the programme and expressed their heartfelt gratitude towards the school.
Sr Veena Monteiro also expressed her gratitude towards the management and thanked for their constant support.
