Mumbai, March 29 (IANS) Jet Airways and its no-frills subsidiary JetLite will operate two extra flights from Mumbai and New Delhi to Chandigarh Wednesday to meet the huge demand from passengers wanting to watch the cricket World Cup semifinal between India and Pakistan, an official said Tuesday.
Jet Airways flight No. 9W2063 will depart Mumbai at 3.50 a.m. Wednesday and reach Chandigarh at 6 a.m.
The return flight No. 9W2205 will depart Chandigarh at 07.30 a.m Thursday and reach Mumbai at 9.40 a.m.
From New Delhi, JetLite flight No. S2631 will leave 6.45 a.m. Wednesday and reach Chandigarh at 7.30 a.m.
The return Jet Airways flight No. 9W2063 will depart Chandigarh Thursday morning at 6.30 a.m. to reach New Delhi at 7.15 a.m.
These flights will be in addition to the three regular daily services by the Jet Airways, JetLite and JetKonnect to Chandigarh from Mumbai and New Delhi.
