Sullia: KSRTC driver dies of heart attack after parking bus

Sullia, Jul 19: A KSRTC bus driver who had parked the bus and was taking rest died in the restroom itself at Markanja on July 16.

The deceased is identified as Mallesh (56). He was working with the Puttur division of KSRTC.

He had parked the bus on July 16 at the Markanja bus stand. As he went to take rest, he felt breathlessness accompanied by acute chest pain.

Siddappa, conductor of the bus, immediately rushed Mallesh to Sullia hospital in a jeep that was standing nearby. However, the doctors declared Mallesh as brough dead.
