Kundapur: Hurt over an incident, 19-year-old girl ends life

Kundapur, Jun 28: In an unfortunate incident, a 19-year-old girl ended her life.

The deceased is identified as Misriya. She was pursuing her second PU in a private college in Kundapur. She was the second daughter of Saheeb, a resident of Perampalli in Brahmavar taluk.

On June 27, she had been to college and returned home at 5 pm. She went to her room stating that she had a headache.

When her relative Syed Beary and his daughter opened the door, she was found hanging.

They rushed her to the hospital where the doctors declared her dead on arrival. It is alleged that Misriya had ended her life as she was hurt due to some incident.

Kota police have registered a case.

    My heart goes out to this beautiful young child's siblings and parents. I think we shouldn't publish these incidents. Like debating is taught in schools and colleges i think it is high time to create workshops on such topics

    Sad.same time cant believe.There are some children are sensitive over even small things and cry.Have to be careful to talk to them .All are not same .Wish she told someone about it or someone knows anything about it.Heartfelt sympathy to her family.Hope the truth will come out.May her soul rest in peace.These days this community has lot to suffer .

    Thanks for your comment.....these days this community has lot to suffer Stone pelters are gifted with Bulldozers.....the people who damage trains..buses..trucks....public property are treated with chicken biryani People commented wildly without knowing the meaning of hijab...that is our standard....May Almighty bless us to live in peace

    Poor girl. May be very sensitive in nature. In life there are situations or incidents where these thoughts of suicide popup. One has to allow sometime and see how the things go before giving up. Unfortunately that is not possible for everyone. May her soul rest in peace.

    Very saf.may her soul rest in peace. Very rate to see people from this community resort to this. I hope there was no reference to some nonsense as always quoted in some text and she was made to feel hurt. May her perpetrators be brought to justice under Indian law

    Very Sad .May her soul rest peace. Hurt by a incident . she could have expressed to]her best friend or someone very close.Some solution could have come out . Sad.Who knows what pain she went through. Some Girls are really sensative

    Harish Mangalore,I wouldnt say that .Not always you can narrate some things to even best friends.Only a example,if she was abducted and by someone raped ,on her way ?feel ashamed and feel not worthy any more .shocking instance for a sensible girl.She cant tell home ,they might react different and give mistake to her Or failed in exam ?where she expected more ?God alone knows the reason.RIP:TO not knowing also makes Parents more sad.
