Hubballi, Jun 7: BJP state president Nalin Kumar Kateel accused that Congress is involved in every communal violence that takes place in Karnataka.
Speaking to reporters, Nalin said, “If they continue the protest of burning shorts, they themselves will get burnt and turn into ashes. The statements given by state Congress leaders, especially opposition leader and former chief minister Siddaramaiah indicate that they do not want Hindu votes.
“The internal friction between Siddaramaiah and D K Shivakumar indicate that the differences within the party are still not over. Congress is doing appeasement politics by targeting RSS in order to grab the Muslim votes of JD(S),” he said.
To the query on statement of Pramod Mutalik that BJP has failed to take action against those who violate the Supreme Court order of use of loud speakers in temples, Nalin said, “BJP is committed to Hindutva agenda. It has already resolved issues including Ram Mandir.”
