Dubai, Feb, 22: Gulf Medical University, Ajman, UAE (GMU) had the privilege to honor Fuad Hasanovic, ambassador of Republic of Macedonia to the State of Qatar and his wife on their visit to the university on Sunday, February 20.
Fuad Hasanovic and his wife were accorded a warm welcome by Thumbay Moideen, founder president of Gulf Medical University. The visiting dignitary held detailed discussions with Moideen about the possibility of opening GMU branch campus in Macedonia, professors and doctors visits/exchange programs to Gulf Medical University, sponsorship of students from Macedonia to study in GMU and medical tourism among others were the subject for discussion.
Later, they were briefed to an audio-visual presentation followed by a tour of the university and GMC hospital, Ajman. On the tour of the university and GMC hospital they were taken around and introduced to different medical facilities/departments, newly constructed Body & Soul Health Club and were detailed about the educational pattern and the most modern and advanced equipments the university is equipped with for imparting quality education to the students.
Fuad Hasanovic congratulated the president of Gulf Medical University, Thumbay Moideen for his dedication and the exemplary services in the field of medical education, healthcare and research.
