Shimoga, Dec 5: State BJP president K S Eshwarappa expressed disappointment over lokayukta N Santosh Hegde depicting those facing allegations as criminals even before they are tried in the court of law.

He was speaking after inaugurating the preparatory meeting in connection with the taluk panchayat and zilla panchayat elections here on Saturday December 4. Eswarappa criticizing the stance of the lokayukta said that if that was the case that there was no need for courts.
