Mangalore: Anwar Manippady Made Chairman of Minorities Commission

Mangalore, Nov 26: Anwar Manippady has been appointed as the chairman of Karnataka State Minorities Commission through an order issued by the state government.

Manippady, a member of the state executive committee of the BJP, had in the past, functioned as the chairman of Karnataka State Minorities Development Corporation.

He holds post graduate degree in literature and post diploma in graphic designing. He happens to be the founder president of Karnataka Society Welfare Movement and Karavali Sports Association.
