Bengaluru, Sep 28: The Mangalore Catholic Co-operative Bank Ltd, a century old co-operative bank having 16 branches in Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts and staff strength of 105 formed a staff union in March 2021.
A delegation of the newly formed union led by The president, B M Madhava met S T Somashekhar, hon’ble minister for co-operation on September 20, 2021 at Bengaluru and made a representation with suggestions for the overall development of the bank.
Somashekhar assured to involve the registrar of co-operative society to assist and guide the bank to attain greater heights and to create a conducive and healthy work environment to improve the efficiency, productivity and morale of the workforce.
