Mumbai, Aug 31: “Mogaveera Vyavasthapaka Mandali which has been publishing their Mogaveera magazine for the last 82 years has invited small stories for competition on all India level. The selected stories will be awarded first, second and third prizes of Rs 7,000, Rs 5,000 and Rs 3,000,” said Mogaveera editor Ashok S Suvarna in a press release.
The stories should be original and not published. All the literature including social, economic, political, detective, thriller and horror are accepted. Those should be clearly hand written or computer printed and can be sent by email also.
The name of the author should not be mentioned on the pages. The name, address and mobile number should be written on a separate paper and sent along with the story. The story should be about eight pages long, not exceeding twelve pages.
The amount of the prize will be sent by cheques along with a certificate. The winning stories will be published in the Mogaveera monthly magazine. The copies of the stories will not be returned. The decision of the judges will be final. No correspondence in this connection is permitted. The last date for receiving the stories is October 30, 2021.
