Udupi, Aug 10: Udupi deputy commissioner (DC) G Jagadeesha on Tuesday August 10 said, "A month ago, measures were taken to prevent the spread of the third wave of Covid. Under the Vatsalya programme, health checkup was conducted for 2.40 lac children. Nutritious food is being provided to the children who are suffering from malnutrition with regard to preventing the third wave affecting children."

He further said, “Already a meeting has been conducted with health experts regarding how to control the situation during the third wave. We have gathered opinions from experts. The district administration has taken measures to increase the number of beds in ICU. Nirmithi Kendra has been directed to look into the matter.

“There is an oxygen production unit in Karkala. Within one week, an oxygen production plant will start functioning in Kundapur, and another oxygen production unit will function in Udupi district hospital within two days. Measures have been taken to prevent any kind of inconveniences in hospitals in the district.

“We have already arranged enough ventilators for the children. In case additional ventilators are required, arrangements will be made very soon,” the DC said.

    Correct sir 100%...Coronavirus is not natural virus...Coronavirus is man made virus made from wuhan lab...Covid 19 is created by the plan of China and WHO to destroy the whole world...And the mutations which are created from COvid is also man made from lab....Generally for natural virus there is medicines and vaccines for cure and prevent....Natural virus does not kill the people 1000 per day in one country..These health experts and media will give negative message and fear mongering message to public so that people should stay home and not to enjoy the life.For other diseases there are medicines to cure covid.But why there is no medicines to cure covid from past 1 and half years.Need to do proper investigation for this.

    If Dr. Biswaroop Roy Choudary claims to cure without Medicines and also without PPE and Masks in his Covid care centers with zero mortality, then why we have to worry about Covid....!!!!???? Either he has to be proved wrong by IMA (Indian Medical Association) or the Government has to stop spending on so called IMA and follow him (BRC) which can save money, time and also lives.
