In moodbidri i have noticed a woman who don't wear helmet, because her wierdreasons like her hairstyle issues. Her hair is very long and thick. She was once caught by cops. Now she wears helmet for fear of police.

I have noticed 90% of da 2 wheelers r wearing helmets just 2 fool da police. actually da riders r fooling themselves a deadly attacks on them. how????????? dey wear helmets w/o tieing helmet belts down to their jaws. 2 wheels is running purely on balance. once any vehicles touches your 2 wheeler u loose da balance & ultimate result is falling down. when falling down 1st da helmet will b out from your head. 2ndly u will fall on da road. if head injury chances of survival is very rare. there4 w/o fooling da police &2 yourself wear helmet by tielng helmet belt down side 2 your jaws so dat your head remains safe. r.i.p 2 this girl.

In USA, the traffic insurance is given to the drivers, which costs around Rs 1 Lakh upwards per year. The insurance is not issued to the vehicles but only certification. For every traffic offence, the insurance premium goes upwards for every penalty points. For any injury or death, the driver will have to shell out almost a million dollars plus.

Unless we change driving test sysetm in India, you come accross lots of accident. In the West,Europe and inthe Middle East you have strict written as well driving test.People follow the driving rule strictly. Police Fines are pretty high.Time to time police do surprice checking.Last week I did see Moter bike rider with out helmat was riding his in bike Blakemanor Blvd, Toronto. With no time police rounded him up and made the rider to push the bike until nearst police station.Govt should be very stict regarding curruption

What is ailing Mangaluru city, home to barely 9 lakhs residents ??? Two wheelers are a potentially death trap, most perish due to reckless road rage... Mumbai, despite a massive population of more then 150 lakhs, have fewer cases of deaths on its road.... Tragic n extremely painful to observe a young life being snuffed out.. Rest in eternal peace !!!

Mumbai has better road infrastructure & majority of roads are 4way lanes given the systematic road structure, here the great smart city is now on advance stage to become a colossal of Rome & next few months it will be las vegas, the roads are narrow & single lanes traffic is increasing day by day due to rush from banaglore kerala & north karnataka

Very sad news. RIP to Priyanka. But my request with our Traffic Police that, while releasing the news to press, they must inform the public about person who was driving the car. If traffic Police give the details, then I think vehicles drivers will be alert while driving. Now in this case nobody know about the rash drivers details. This is my view.

What way will it benefit knowing the driver’s name? You really think people will be scared that their name will come in the news if they meet with an accident, and so will drive/ride better? Let the Police do their job. Let us mourn the untimely death of a young adult. Let us pray that God give comfort and courage to her loved ones to bear this loss.
