Bahrain: Al Hilal Hospital Holds Iftar Party

Bahrain, Sep 8: Al Hilal Hospital here held Iftar party, recently.

Dignitaries including government officials, Muharraq Governorate, Muharraq Municipality, Ministry of Health, members of the Shura Council, Embassy officials, community leaders, members of the media and well wishers from all walks of life were present.

Mohammed Ali Akbar, ambassador of Bangladesh, ICRF chairman John Iype, members of CCIA and acting president of Bahrain Keraleeya Samajam Abdul Rahman were among the dignitaries present.

Al Hilal Hospital has been organizing iftar party from the past four years. Over 1,000 people participated in the event organized at the hospital parking area.

Also, the occasion marked the birth of the first baby in the maternity department of the hospital. The hospital has recommenced its full-fledged maternity, delivery and neo-natal care services since August 2010. The department has upgraded with state-of-the-art equipment and a strong dedicated team of four expert Gynaecologists and the set up is fully capable of accepting expectant mothers for personalized maternity and delivery care in a comfortable atmosphere.
