Mangaluru, Jul 2: MLA U T Khader on Friday July 2 said that both the central and state government are ‘expensive’ and not people-friendly in any sense.

Addressing media he said, “Prices of fuel and cooking gas has continuously increased every day affecting people badly. The increase in the price of cooking gas will automatically lead to increase in the prices of food in hotels as well.

“The BJP government is spreading misinformation among people through their ‘WhatsApp university’ about taxes on fuel and diverting minds of innocent people. The government should release white paper on the same. People should break their silence on the fuel price hike and raise their voices at least now,” he said.

When asked about Sriramulu’s personal assistant arrested for collecting money in political bigwigs’ name, Khader said, “This is an example how the government runs. The right time will come soon where people will take a decision. How is it possible for such frauds to muster courage without the support of the government?”
