A youth here, who is a videographer by profession, Sri Prasad Bantwal, hailing from Jakribettu, who runs Sri Talkies in Bantwal, has reworked on the exterior of his car to pay gratitude to Sood.
Sri Prasad and his sister Sri Usha Jagadish Acharya are Sood’s big fans. Sri Prasad was inspired to see his favourite actor helping the needy during the pandemic. He along with his sister decided to thank their favourite hero in a unique way.
He spoke to his friend Shiv Bantwal and decided to design a special livery which includes articles of Sood, his photos with his quotes ‘I am here to win hearts, not for politics’. On June 30, the job was done in Bengaluru.
Sood too recognized the work of Sri Prasad and posted about the same on social media thanking him.
Speaking to daijiworld.com, Sri Prasad said, "Me and my sister have been huge fans of Sonu Sood even before he started his good work during the lockdown period. He has covered almost every corner of the country in reaching out to the people by helping the needy reach their houses, providing beds, oxygen, ration kits and many more. We wanted to thank our favourite actor but had no idea how to reach him. So we decided to design the special livery to thank him.
“We have kept it simple by adding articles, photos and his quotes in the livery. I thank Charan, Nikhil and Abhi Rao for making this possible and helping me reach gratitude to Sonu Sood,” he says.
