Safety is NEVER a Concern in INDIA. A life wasted what will his family do? Govt should pass a Rule that No Activity to happen anywhere in India with the following safety Norms. If he had a safety Harness, he would have been saved. Likewise for Coconut tree climbers, insurance and safety harness so in an event of slipping they stay put hang don't fall. Has to be enforced by the Builders.
