Rest in Peace Vijay. May God Bless his family. It is not right to book a case against Naveen here. Please check why were they out at that late hour 11:45pm? Was Vijay wearing a proper helmet? was it necessary for two people to travel at that late night when curfew or Covid restrictions were in place? Were they under the influence of alcohol or drugs ? It is better to check it in all angles before victimizing his friend Naveen.
