MP Nalin Kumar Kateel said, “Though the Covid infection is more in the district, people are running around without any fear. If people become aware and follow Covid guidelines it is possible to bring the positivity rate down.”

Deputy commissioner (DC) Dr Rajendra K V said, “If any of the restrictions that are in place right now are relaxed it will be difficult to bring the infection rate under control. Action is initiated to provide necessary equipment, lab technicians and vehicles to primary health care centers.”

CEO of zilla panchayat Dr Kumar said, “The homes of those who are under home isolation are being sealed down. Panchayat representatives of some villages are coming forward voluntarily and asking us to completely seal down their villages.”

MLAs Dr Y Bharath Shetty, Umanath Kotian, Rajesh Naik, mayor Premananda Shetty, Mangaluru City Corporation commissioner Akshi Sridhar, SP Hrishikesh Sonawane, additional deputy commissioner Prajna Ammembala, DCP Hariram Shankar, assistant commissioner Madan Mohan and district health officer Dr Kishore were present.

Giving instructions Poojary further, “Complete lockdown needs to be implemented in areas of villages and towns which have high rate of infection and Covid guidelines should be strictly implemented. Houses of infected people should be locked down. If more than five cases of infection are recorded, then those areas have to be declared as containment zones.”

In 40 villages of the district and town areas of Ullal, Someshwar, Kotekar and Beltangady, the rate of infection is more. These areas will be completely lockdown. This information was provided by DC.

WHAT IS A VACCINE? An agent that infects an individual with a weaker strain of a virus, so that the body destroys the virus & the body starts to recognize the virus. Vaccine is NOT a cure. When a vaccine is given, you are infecting the person with the virus. If age is advanced, then their body may not produce antibodies for the virus & the patient may die. Vaccines are NOT chocolates, no matter what the Big Pharma & their Govt Politicians, Hospital allies claim - if you give vaccines across like chocolates, to billions, millions will die, due to injected virus itself because of advanced age, side effects, etc. Astra Zeneca & Other vaccines use Influenza, not Corona virus & is well known to cause significant side effects. PCR testing is also fraudulent, we can test any positive sample from PCR & purify the sample to find it is Influenza A or B or any thing but Covid - how long can people hide from this fact? The number of flu cases from 2020 is ZERO due to PCR testing misdiagnosis of flu to covid - this is fact. Masks do not work & are incredibly bad for health, lowering oxygen level & spreading bacterial infections due to being dirty, being worn through out the day - no matter what Big Pharma & connected Govt officials/hospitals claim. Wear mask for 2 hours & test oxygen level - this is demonstrable fact Covid is now a political problem, not a medical problem The payments to hospitals to generate Covid case & Covid death quotas from outside India, shows this. This is not going to end well.

Since govt can't provide doorstep delivery complete lockdown will be name sake for max one week like in my 'village' vaccination is the ONLY solution but govt is sitting on covaxin patent for months while demanding patent lifting of foreign rna vaccines which requires high tech and -70 celcius storage.

Pls dont shout covid cases r more in villages. People of these villages are engaged in their work like before (more than before i can say) in carrying out the works, visiting here and there, playing, chatting in groups and so on. Even in city, interior roads are busy with ppl walking, roaming in bikes without masks in 2/3 numbers, playing etc. Only main roads of city are under vigilance. Morning hours junctions are crowded with vehicles, with traffic jam. I wonder, where da ppl are moving ?It doesn't luk lyk lockdown....

Looks like Covishield itself is a virus spreader ? after first dose or second dose from vaccinated to those unvaccinated ? No pilot test done in a city or two now difficult to isolate whether virus mutant or vaccine generated mutant ? Norway and Denmark have halted these injection ? Covishield's different story in europe... "Two countries, Norway and Denmark, have now completely halted injections of COVID shots by AstraZeneca, with the Norwegian Institute of Public Health stating that the AstraZeneca experimental shots are associated with a higher risk of injury and death than the COVID-19 virus...." The positive rate will never come down. Dc has given passes to people for work if you dont have pass you can get infected. Covid guidelines are only on paper and dont think even officials kn ow any of them . You can see effective lockdown in mangalore between 6 Am and 10 am. This covid wakes up at 10 and comes out till 6 am next day. So b careful otherwise tell covid you are going to bank pr government office it wont bother you
