Hassan, Jun 11: Chief minister (CM) B S Yediyurappa said that he will be the CM of the state for the next two years and will give more attention to the development of the state.
Yediyurappa spoke to the scribes after holding the meeting to assess the progress in the city. He further said, “Central leaders have kept faith in me and have conveyed that I will continue as CM. I will give more attention to the development of the state with the cooperation of everyone. I will tour throughout the state and do good work.
“I have got 100% strength by the statement given by Arun Singh. He said that there will not be any changes in the leadership of BJP in the state for the next two years. He appreciated the good job I have done. This has increased my responsibilities. I will upkeep the love and faith kept on me by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and home minister Amit Shah. I will work sincerely for the development of the state,” he said.
