Kundapur, Jun 9: Shankaranarayana police have arrested three more people in connection with the murder of Uday Ganiga in Yadamoge. With this, a total number of six people have been arrested including RSS workers in this case.

At midnight of June 5, police arrested prime accused Yadamoge gram panchayat president, Pranesh Yadiyal. On June 7, two more accused, RSS leaders Balachandra Bhat and Rajesh Bhat were arrested. All three were produced before the court.

Today the Shankaranarayana police have arrested Manoj Kumar (26) a resident of Yadamoge, Sadashiva Naik, Yadamoge GP member and local resident Venugopal Shetty. The accused have been produced before the court, which sent them to judicial custody till June 29.

Plot twist: Uday Ganiga's wife had filed a police complaint alleging that Pranesh Yadiyal and his accomplices murdered her husband after running him over with a car and then assaulted him with wooden sticks on the late night of June 5.

The plot twist, in this case, is Pranesh Yadiyal and the other men had hatched a conspiracy where they invited Uday Ganiga for a dialogue. They then brutally assaulted Ganiga with wooden sticks. The victim fought back after which, the minor son of Pranesh Yadiyal who was inside a car, crushed Ganiga under its wheels, informed sources.

Yadiyal's minor son went absconding after the incident. Police are in search of him.

According to sources, the police will also arrest BJP's district leader and two others in this connection.

This plot twist will results in cause of death is due to hit by the car and not caused by the beating. The person behind cause of death is minor and will be trial by juvenile court and would out at most two years. Rest all, including the main accused would be charged unnder grievous hurt, and minimize their imprisonment at great extent. The case is unfolding as the way defense lawyers wants it.
