Mumbai, Jun 9: Prestigious entrepreneur of Dubai, president of Karnataka NRI Forum, UAE and president of Fortune group of hotels, Pravin Kumar Shetty Wakvadi donated food kits to people in financial distress due to the second wave of Coronavirus.

As hotels in Dubai were closed to contain the first wave of coronavirus in Dubai, Pravin Shetty sent Kannadigas employed in Dubai to their hometown by a chartered flight at his own cost. He had also paid leave salary and wages to all his staff even though his hotel was closed.

As businesses are suspended this time due to coronavirus, several people from villages who were working and looking after their home members are in difficulty without jobs. Pravin Kumar Shetty identified such people and donated lac worth of grocery and food kits through Wakvadi Friends and Asare Wakvadi.

The office bearers and members of the organizations distributed food kits to houses. They also individually distributed 100 grocery kits.

Wakwadi Raghuram Shetty, Pravin Shetty Sannagal Mane, Sathish Poojary, Anand Achar, Keerthi Shetty, Ankith Shetty, Pavan Shetty, Harish, Kiran Shetty and others who were present on the occasion created awareness about Corona management among the people.
