Mumbai, May 30: Bunts Sangha Mumbai held a virtual webinar on stress management in zoom application at Kurla east Bantara Bhavan on Saturday evening May 29. The webinar was presided over by Bunts Sangha, Mumbai president Chandrahas K Shetty.
The webinar was held considering the effects of coronavirus that disturbed minds, curtailed life and livelihood for the last one and a quarter year. It reviewed health, mental state, loss of confidence, anxiety and mental depression.
Prestigious and famous psychiatrist of Mumbai, Dr Harish Shetty explained about beating the covid blues from doom to boom.
“Respect is important for human beings. But facing life without giving importance to the respect of business and dealings is the current necessity. We should remain light without keeping the worries of tomorrow in our minds. If not, our lives will come to an end by a heart attack, diabetes, blood pressure and other ailments. Health is more important than business and wealth for humans. Everything will be zero if we do not have good health. Therefore, comforting each other as being humane is more important than monetary wealth,” said Dr Harish Shetty. He also gave information on obtaining the vaccination.
The programme was held under the leadership of Bunts Health centre executive president Dr Sathyaprakash Shetty. Bunts Sangha Mumbai vice president Ulthoor Mohandas Shetty, honorary chief secretary Dr R K Shetty, honorary treasurer CA Harish D Shetty, joint secretary Diwaker Shetty Indrali and joint treasurer Mundappa S Payyade were on the dais.
Ladies wing president Uma Krishna Shetty, Youth wing president Sagar Diwaker Shetty, regional committee coordinators, heads of all the committees, members and members of ladies and youth wing took part in the zoom seminar and benefited from it.
Bunts Sangha honorary chief secretary Dr R K Shetty compered the programme and said that it was inevitable to enable us to manage our lives and share our thoughts with our family members.
