For us (fishermen) this is like a ritual every year.................Raining period starts , sea becomes rough, sea erosion starts, some elected & non-elected representative of the political parties will visit the area and do photoshoot and vanish......Someone made money by illegal sand mining from the seashore area & someone made money by putting rocks(as a protection) in the seashore area which are swallowed by sea…………………

There is a saying in kannada " Maddiddunno Maaraaya".. We human beings have made this mother earth to suffer a lot. So for this action there is a equal and opposite reaction interms of climate change. You can see that the entire coastal belt has received rains in the March, April, May months where it should have witnessed a decent summer. Clearly something is wrong. You may see a change in monsoon pattern also. Then entire food supply cycle gets hampered troubling many living beings. Basically it is a man made misery.

My sympathy with the sufferers.Few years ago I commented in daijiworld that if our government makes permanent solution for the sea erosion how our politicians will enjoy the sight seeing of sea erosion errespective of political parties. Science is so developed can't we find any solution for sea erosion? Few political leaders made foreign tour to study the solution for sea erosion. But we are still there only. Dropping big stones in sea......
