Daijiworld Media Network - Davanagere (SP)

Davanagere, May 15: The people find it irksome to wear masks. They cannot wear it for a long time. Many therefore move around with masks placed in their pockets. They wear masks when people or policemen are around. The children in particular are not agreeable to wear masks. A family here, which observed all these things, has been manufacturing masks which are appreciated and worn without any objection by the people.

In the recent past, the authorities are enforcing mask rules without exceptions. Mask haters were facing a dilemma. Many who wear them because of the fear of infection, struggle to breathe. For such people, a unique kind of mask is made by the family of K P Vivekananda, resident of MCC B Block here. This is a three-layer mask. As this mask has a gap between mouth and nose, speaking when wearing them has been rendered easier.

These masks are colourful and for the people they are attractive to look at. People get attracted towards these masks and to wear them. For the children, the family makes 'Kittu Masks' which have pictures on them, which make the children more than willing to wear them.

These masks were sent to Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, and Modi who wore the masks, expressed appreciation for the same. The masks were also sent by post to American president, Joe Biden, President of India, Ram Nath Kovind, Karnataka governor, Vajubhai Vala, Uttar Pradesh chief minister, Yogi Adityanath, chief minister, B S Yediyurappa etc.

These masks are sent to other states including Gujarat, Maharashtra and Kerala by post. During the previous lockdown, K P Vivekananda, who was working in a private shop, had left his job. Thereafter, Vivekananda, his wife and children are involved with the manufacture of these masks.

The masks are made by using quality clothes and canvas. Each of these masks costs Rs 80 and because of their attractive colours, people are buying them. These masks are washable. People who are sitting at home during lockdown, can make masks as a means of self-employment.

If normal people get suffocated with normal mask, then their lung capacity is already bad. They have a high chance to get covid because of 2 reasons. First they don't wear mask properly and second their lungs are not so strong. So all these people get suffocate with mask should do pranayama breathing excersize regularly. Walk atleast 30 min per day. If your lung capacity is strong the the patient also will recover fast.
