Heartening to hear that public is participating in improving the infrastructure of hospitals and providing essential inputs. From the pricing it can be seen that it is a PSA based plant. Such plants are fraught with repeated failure if not handled by skilled operators. Many such plants were then abandoned after initial year of operation. Hope in this case operation and maintenance is handed over to the right agency so that availability of the plant is ensured for number of years.
