Chikkamagaluru, May 13: A man died after he failed to receive proper treatment for Covid infection due to lack of ventilators in Holy Cross hospital in Chikkamagaluru here on Thursday May 13.

The deceased is from Mathikatte village in Mudigere of Chikkamagaluru district. Reportedly, though the man was asked to shift to the ICU. Till his death, he was being treated in the general ward. As the youth did not get the proper treatment, he breathed his last in the night.
