Kundapur, May 11: The government has enforced curfew all over the state from May 10 as a measure to regulate Covid19 that has been spreading like wildfire in the state.

Because of contradicting information conveyed through different modes, people were confused about whether the shops are open or not. Many were not aware whether vehicles could be put to use. In the meantime, a bicycle rider was found going to the town to bring essentials. A person from Kumbhasi, Vinendra Acharya, captured the scene of the bicycle-borne man going to the town and shared the same in the social media.

The scene of a person, who developed cold feet at the prospect of having to suffer the caning by the police, going to town in his bicycle with a helmet covering his head and a metal sheet tied to his back, has been circulated widely for the last two days on the internet. This scene has become viral in social media.
