Margao, Aug 9:  ‘Dream Home Goa’, a new ad-magazine published from Vasco city, near here was formally released by Chief Minister Digambar Kamat.

A venture by Nazia Anjum is aimed at dissemination of information on subjects related to housing including interior decoration, furniture, house sites, flats and bungalows and so on.

While lauding the efforts of the publisher, Kamat expressed happiness that educated women find self-employment in the field well suited to them. He said that several self employment schemes are launched by the Government and hoped that these facilities would be availed by our people.

He emphasized that the self supporting initiatives by women would be always encouraged. He also advised that such magazines should carry articles to create awareness about housing activities that would provide more affordable houses to common men.  Noted poet Yusuf A Sheikh, advertisement manager Zeeshan Akhtar, Jeetender and Akhtar Hussein among others were present on the occasion.
