Kundapur: 37-year-old Yakshagana artiste goes missing, complaint filed

Kundapur, Apr 28: Yakshagana artiste Uday Hegde (37) is missing since 6 pm of April 21 as per the complaint filed by his wife Ashwini Hegde, resident of Pradhan Nagar, Guddeangadi, Mathyadi village of the taluk.

In the complaint filed by Ashwini, wife of missing Uday, it is stated that she married Uday after falling in love with him four years ago.

Uday is a Yakshagana artiste in Perdoor Mela. He left his house at 6 pm on April 21 in his own Alto car.

When Ashwini tried to reach Uday later, she could not get in touch with him. Concerned Ashwini inquired with relatives and friends of her missing husband Uday about his whereabouts. But they also could not trace him till now.

A case in this connection is registered at Kota police station.
