Sometime in the late 70sor early80,s, a smart and dynamic Drugs Inspector had arranged to set up an Oxygen production centre within the Wenlock Hospital Campus. As I remember , his name was Mr Bhagwan . Must have retired from service now. Wonder what happened to this Oxygen unit.

Kept India bleeding all these years at our borders and loosing a stretch of land to China. With a three-week ceasefire, the war lasted till November 21 1962, when China unilaterally withdrew from Indian territories before the snow could block safe passage to its forces. Around 3,250 Indian soldiers were killed. India lost about 43,000 square kilometres of land, captured by China in Aksai Chin.
