Bengaluru: No discussion on extending weekend curfew yet, says home minister Bommai

Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru (DV)

Bengaluru, Apr 25: Home minister Basavaraj Bommai on Sunday, April 25 declined to comment on the possibility of extending the weekend curfew.

Speaking to media persons at his residence, Bommai said, "For now, weekend curfew will be in force. I cannot speak on the rumours regarding extention of the curfew throughout the week."

Bommai said that no meeting has been held regarding extension of the curfew.

"The weekend curfew has been successful across the state. People have co-operated. This has helped to contain the spread of covid-19. But, at the government level, no discussion has been held regarding the extension of curfew throughout the week. This was not discussed in the meeting held with the chief minister on Saturday. The status quo will remain," he said.

"The union government has provided additional oxygen of 800 tonnes after our demand. This will reduce the pressure on the demand for oxygen. Whoever needs oxygen will get it," Bommai added.

He also said that the state government has a stock of 50,000 units of Remdesivir which will last until April 30. The union government has assured of providing 1.22 lac additional Remdesivir doses, he said.

"After May 1, everyone above 18 years of age will get vaccination. People who are above 45 years will be given the second dose. All precautionary measures have been taken so that there will be no shortage of vaccines," Bommai said.

"Woh dar gaya woh margaya" That is the punda of this communist chinese virus. With virus and shutdowns ruin the whole world, make it economically weak and then control it, with their playbook shutdowns and with so called "Gold Standard" (Initially it was only suggested for R &D) high sensitive RTPCR tests... Also Communist chinese, Elites, Eugenics plan is to decimate more people with these type shutdowns due to shortages of food, loss of Jobs, bussineses, loss of economy, depression, malnutrition, famine. That's how communist control in Russia, China, North Korea, in recent past in Venezuela. That's what their final goal is, create shortages, create internal strifes in between reduce population and then invade and control individual countries. Finally control the whole world. Only global elites are making more billions in vaccines, computer, mobile technology, online businesses. These communist chinese make use of these billionaires as they previously tried and used religion against religion, race against race to bring much strifes to eliminate God. Finally they fix these billionaires also, as they did to their Jack ma and alibaba, to subdue and control the whole world to bring their new world order under one dicatator or one world government and one world namesake godless common religion.

I have seen such decisions which affect citizens are take without any preplanning. Stop such non sense please. If you feel extension of curfew needed, give at least one day notice to the people to arrange their needs. Unfortunately daily wagers suffer and you have to take care of them.

Well no discussion so far, don't discuss extensions but decide what to do next, how to put money into the hands of every person whose livelihood your decisions deprived off. How to plan to upgrade health equipment, medical amenities, & ask every doctors to treat patients at their clinic levels so that hospital facilities are not overwhelmed etc. & asymptomatic patients aren't sent into those wards full of coughing people which causes more fear in them causing their health deterioration. Lastly stop testing healthy people with unapproved RTPCR test, according to one doctor the testing centers & vaccine centers where crowds gather might be spreading the infections. & stop media from airing daily death counts or positive test cases as patients. Fear is the only Enemy any patients of any diseases need to conquer to end any pandemic scare.

Everyone in the state and central government are really confused and are giving confusing statements. Not one of them have got clarity. Shame that these are our leaders. Crores of us are at the mercy of these irresponsible politicians. For them a few thousand dying of covid or hunger and a couple of sucides due to joblessness is not an issue at all.
