Bantwal: Woman loses control of scooty, falls into roadside ditch - Rescued by locals

Bantwal, Apr 21: In an exemplary act of humanity, locals rescued a woman who lost control of her two-wheeler and fell into a 12-feet deep roadside ditch.

The woman was on her way to work on her two-wheeler near Kashi Math, Vittal, on the morning of Wednesday April 21. The incident which was captured on a CCTV camera shows the woman losing control of her vehicle and falling into the deep ditch.

Locals, who witnessed the incident, flagged down a car for help so that the woman could be carried to a hospital. The car with three male passengers is said to have been coming from Peruvayi.

Two of the locals, Anwar and Hanif and the three men in the car successfully rescued the woman. The men immediately rushed the woman to the hospital in their car. The humanity showcased by all those involved in rescuing the woman is certainly worthy of appreciation.

    All persons who helped here have done a good work.Without looking right or left,went simply what normally a person would do to a person who requires help .We all have to think tomorrow if I personally need such help ,also expect from others too without any tabus to help.Hope this lady is not much injured.what a luck she had Persons were nearby for a immediate help.She is certainly a nice person so that God reached to her by other person.May God bless all who reached to her.
