Udupi: MLA Raghupati Bhat slams government’s decision to ban religious programmes

Daijiworld Media Network - Udupi (HB/MS)

Udupi, Apr 17: MLA Raghupati Bhat expressed disappointment at the decision of the state government to impose ban on religious programmes in the wake of increasing cases of coronavirus in the state.

Speaking to media, Bhat said on Saturday April 17, "This is not the right decision. This will hurt the feelings of the citizens of undivided district of Dakshina Kannada. There was no need for relaxation for political programmes? Religious programmes are more important than political ones. The government has to withdraw the ban immediately.

"There is no need of lockdown in Udupi. Night curfew is not required at all. The government has to withdraw it immediately. Religious programmes should be allowed. They are inevitable. People of certain profession earn income only during this time of the year. They manage their whole year by the income which they get during these months.

"What is important is to avoid crowding and wearing face mask. There are many Covid medicine facilities in the district. There is no cause for concern. Petty traders are just recovering from the jolt of first lockdown. If further lockdown is imposed, people will die not of corona but because of lockdown.

"People have to be alert and protect themselves. Those who have symptoms of infection should not delay in getting to the hospital. Even if there is a slight symptom, they should get themselves tested.

"If lockdown needs to be done, let it be down once for all. But if it is done there is no meaning for it. Covid is controlled in excellent manner in Udupi. The way infection was contained in MIT is an example of how Covid spreading needs to be managed. That is why the cases became zero within no time,” he said.

Oh Bhatta !! first is survival of any individual is most important fact ! its not religion survival due to the money flow !!! religion or its accomplishments will be there on earth but if someone died he is gone forever will not come back ! so life is important than the religion gatherings irrespective of any religion !

This communist chinese virus is specially to close religious institutions, and to bring their one world communist government, state control. As per recent government circular all other celebrations 25 to 200 people, but religious celebration / congregations not even 10!. Malls / Colleges fine no issue. Book of Revelation Ch 6:7,8 says quater of the earth population got killed due to war, famine, pestilence and wild animals. Remove God, communist satan kills ( Satan is worried about population, brings virus or wars for depopulation). If God is there satan cannot kill, so people pray more or double your prayers and get saved from this evil corona.

When you have ...a little faith like that of mustard seed is sufficient. You call god from your all faith and from your heart definitely he will listen to you. When a person is hospitalized, is he able to go to religious place to pray to god and ask him to heal ? He will call god and pray yo him from the hospital bed where he is sleeping....

Correct also God is not a vending machine. Let there be light, (Genesis 1:3) Sun came out, not candle or diya. This days people are mostly depend on self and technology and not God. That's why God has allowed this communist virus so everyone to pray. Later He cleans up godless communist chinese and other eugenics if not repented by then, for their crime against humanity with asteroids 2027/29 to bring 1000 years of peace as prophecied in Book of Revelation chapter 20, 21, 22.

Sir ,you have not heard the pointing guns fire. You dont know what is and what not. When one gets infection and go to the doctor ,then it is too late.and till then one person has infected enough people.Once person gets better or community is free from this deadly infection then you can celebrate till your lifes end,Be as a leader one leading person dont pour oil in fire.We here heard about covid in India ,that people dont take any care,go ,move without masks ,gather in groups celebrate feasts .and beds are rare, hospitals are putting two persons in one bed.Imagine what it means.we saw in TV.Now stop talking about your disappointment.Take care of self and others too.It helps only if a total lockdown is done.

Virus doesn’t distinguish between Religion or non religion. Or election rallies or Kumbha Mela. For you religious programmes are more important than people’s lives for vote bank. Are religious programmes for people or people are for religious programmes???????........
