Why always the powerless or less powerful people are always victimised. Did the police commissioner is aware of the stress what this lady or lady police personnel are going through. Our police department people are less exposed and do not know, how to handle the situations. Strict warning would have been better than suspending the staff. This is not at all a good decision as the ground level staff will be definitely unhappy.
